ITALIAN COMMUNIQUE
(Received February 6, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, February, 5,
An Italian communique reports that:
"The British bombed Benghazi and also raided some localities in Eritrea. There were some native victims. The enemy bombed an Italian airport in the Aegean Islands on the night of February 3. The Italians on the northern front in East Africa repelled enemy forces heading for a new'ltalian line of defence. Native troops on the southern front retired from an advanced position near the border east of Lake Stefani after a hard fight."
