PERSONAL NOTES
Mrs. A. Leslie Macfarlane, Fendalton, Christchurch, arrived in Wellington yesterday en route to Woodville, where she will be the guest of Mrs. Nelson. Mrs. J. E. Moore, Heaton Terrace, Brooklyn, has just returned from a trip to Australia, where she visited her daughter, Mrs. S. Hutchison, Potts Point, Sydney. While in Australia she visited the Blue Mountains and the South Coast. Prior to her departure for New Zealand she was the guest at a garden party given in her honour by Mrs. A. M. Young at "Redleaf," Double Bay, Sydney. Mrs. T. N. Watt, Opunake, is visiting Wellington, where she will attend a meeting of the Dominion executive of the Red Cross Society. Mrs. F. Hand, Wellington, was a visitor to Napier for the Oliver— Dureau wedding, which took place on Monday night. Mrs. Donald Cameron, "Drumclog," Blenheim, who has been the guest of Mrs. Henry Huddleston, "The Plateau," Te Marua, for the Huddleston—Jelley wedding, has left on a visit to her sister in Taranaki. Miss Mavis Aulin, Waitoa Road, Hataitai, who has been on an extended visit to Auckland, has returned home.
