Powles, Camp Commandant. Mr. Hislop said that the construction of the camp was going ahead rapidly and the officers and men of the Second Battalion of the Wellington Regiment were looking particularly fit and well. , Though the fishing was not all that it could have been, said Mr. Hislop, the weather had been beautiful and the spell from city and office duties was most enjoyable.
