NEW PACT SIGNED
RUSSIA AND GERMANY

LONDON, January 10,
A message from Berlin states that a new Russo-German pact of friendship, covering questions which have arisen in the: past year,, was signed today. It renews the previous pact, • settles the Baltic States and other resettlement iproblems, and provides for expansion of Russo-German trade.
