USEFUL CAKE HINT
Frequently a delightful cake is spoiled because it breaks as it is being taken out of its tin.
You can prevent this from happening by using a double strip of grease-
proof paper,, placed across the tin before putting in the mixture. It should be long enough for the ends to be higher than the tin. so that when the cake is baked, all you have to do is to lift it out by the ends of the paper.
