Today notices are going out to Territorial and recruits for overseas service who are to commence their training as'from today week. The concentration of the overseas men is to take place during January 5, 6, and 7, and the Territorial drafts for camp wi^ll be on the move during January 6 and 7. Many thousands of men. are affected and big scale transport plans have been made. The transport problem has been particularly difficult, because the movement of this large body of soldiers will correspond with heavy civilian traffic.
