TEMPORARY HOLD-UP
SCHEDULE IMMIGRATION TO
PALESTINE

JERUSALEM, December 27,
The Government announced that it is not issuing an immigration schedule for the seven-months period ending next April because 8000 immigrants who are unable to reach Palestine owing to wartime difficulties might arrive within the next few months.
It is stated that 12,270 legal and 26,000 illegal immigrants have entered Palestine since April, 1939.
