PLAN BEING STUDIED

WASHINGTON, December 27
President Roosevelt told a Press conference that the C.1.0. proposal to utilise the present unused capacity of the automobile industry on a plan which was designed eventually to produce 500 pursuit planes a day was being seriously studied.
