NAZIS IN NORWAY
(Received December 23, 1 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, December 20. * The Nazi leader in Norway, Herr Terboven, is going to Berlin to discuss the question of overcoming Norwegian opposition with or without Quislingist aid. Norwegian farmers have collectively refused adherence to the Quisling Government, and the Quislingists are forming their own farmers' organisation.
