THE INTERNATIONAL THUG NEW ORDER AFTER THE WAR (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, December 11. Mr. Morrison, Home Secretary and Minister of Home Security, in a \ speech today dealing with the purpose and outcome of the war, pointed to the possibility of a co-operative international system guaranteed by an international police force. "Never again," Mr. Morrison said, "shall it be possible for a thug with a bomber force to terrorise the Continent, smash towns and cities, and crush the innocent bodies of women and children, and to blast into powder the fruits of man's toil and the monuments of his greatness."
