GERMANS FROM POLAND
MASS MIGRATION
LONDON, November 26.
In Poland, where an exchange of population is taking place, thousands of Poles and Germans are being turned from their homes in a mass movement equalled only by the recent transfer of Germans from the Baltic States.
Many of the people are taking: practically nothing with them, and whole families are being moved with as little luggage as two trunks.
Hundreds of the Polish Germans who are now being made to go back to the German area have, in fact), almost forgotten the German language.
