The selection commit- j tee, consisting oi Mr. Ellis, head of j the art department at Wellington Tech- | nical College, and Mr. F. E. Thornton. of the Wellington College staff, placed J. Kitching, C. Power, and J. A. Jamieson next in order of merit. The winner holds the scholarship for two years.
