WESTPORT MAN DROWNED
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WESTPORT, November 25. While bathing on the North Beach this afternoon, Alfred John Caldwell, aged 26, second youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. William Patrick Caldwell, was drowned
Mr. Caldwell was formerly a wellknown cyclist and represented Buller in Maher Cup competitions. He was also a Buller Bugby representative.
