BLACK-OUT IN SWITZERLAND

LONDON, November 6. The Swiss army has ordered a complete blackout throughout Switzerland from 10 p.m. to dawn, in order to hinder foreign aircraft. A communique issued in Berne states that Swiss territory was violated several times last night by planes towards the south-east. Anti-aircraft fire dispersed one squadron; and another was forced to make a half turn, without crossing the Alps.
