AN ADJOURNMENT
An adjournment until next Wednesday was granted by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today in the case of Edward Harrison, a caretaker, who was charged with having in his possession six copies of "Tribune," with a view to facilitating the publication of a subversive statement, and with having in his possession* three copies of a booklet entitled "Peace and Socialism," by G. Dimitrov, also with a view to facilitating the publication of a subversive statement. Mr. A. R. Perry, counsel for Harrison, said that the defendant would be electing trial by jury and pleading not guilty.
