QUALITY OF MEAT
(To tho Editor.)
Sh', —In your issue of Tuesday night a correspondent,, "Frozen Stiff," com-' plained of the quality of frozen meat bought by him and blamed this lack of quality on the Internal Marketing Department. That the correspondent is ill-informed is manifest from his utterances. Supplies made available by the Department cover several grades of export quality in all lines and the best answer to "Frozen Stiff" is the fact that the public are buying large quantities of frozen export meat —from my own experience—so far without a single complaint. The Department is doing the public a very real service, for which it deserves full credit. —I am. etc., RETAILER.
