BREAKING AND ENTERING
James Harold Stapleton, a baker, aged 22, appeared before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today and pleaded guilty to breaking and entering the warehouse of Q-tol, Thorndon Quay, and committing theft. Hg was committed to the . Supreme Court for sentence.
Eric Arnold Perry, a radio programme organiser,, aged 32, was fined £1 for a breach of a prohibition order when he appeared before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. He was also fined 10s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment, for a second statutory offence of drunkenness.
