NANKING ARREST

SHANGHAI, July 17
According to a Japanese news broadcast, secret service agents in Nanking have arrested Chen San Sueh, a graduate of Columbia University, New York, and a prominent Chinese business man, on charges of attempting to assassinate Wang Ching-wei. head of the puppet Government, and of attempting to form a gang of assassins to collect the price on Wang Ching-wei's head.
