TARARUA TRAMPING CLUB'S
BIRTHDAY
To celebrate the twenty-first anniversary of the Tararua Tramping Club, a very successful ball was held at the St. Francis Hall last night by the club. Over, 300 members and friends were present. The club colours and shield decorated the hall, and a gigantic silver key indicated] the coming-of-age of the club, which was formed in 1919. Tall baskets of Iceland poppies and green and silver streamers decorated the long tables in the supper room. An exhibition dance was given by Miss Mildred Harris and partner.
