ST. LOUIS, July 2
Mr. Burton Wheeler said that his name would be presented for the Presidential nomination at the Democratic convention whether or not Mr. Roosevelt seeks a third term. Previously Mr. Wheeler was to have been a candidate only if Mr. Roosevelt did not run.
