Mr. Norman Rogers. last war with the Canadian Mounted Rifles in 1915-16. He was called to | the Bar in 1924 and was Professor of History at Acadian University from 1922 to 1927. He was secretary to the Prime Minister (Mr. Mackenzie King) as President of the Privy Council, 1927-29. From 1929 to 1935 he was Professor of Political Science at Queen's University and since then he has represented the City of Kingston in the Dominion Parliament.
