SOVIET REPLY TO BRITAIN
LONDON, May 22,
The Moscow radio announced that the Foreign Commissar, M. Molotov, replying to a British trade memorandum, rejects the British viewpoint and declares that the memorandum shows that" the British have no desire to open trade negotiations. M. Molotov expresses the intention of the Soviet to trade with belligerents and neutrals on the principle of equality.
