The Foreign Minister, Count Ciano, who is touring industrial centres in Albania, visited the harbour works at Durazzo, after which he visited Tirana.
King Victor Emmanuel conferred on Field-Marshal Goering Italy's highest decoration, the Supreme Order of the Annunciation, to mark the first anniversary of the ItaloGerman military alliance. Signor /Alfieri, Italian Ambassador in Berlin, paid a flying visit to Field-Mar-shal Goering's headquarters in western Germany and handed 'over the
