COUNTIES ASSOCIATION.
Members of the Birmingham and Midland Counties Association are reminded of an attractive musical programme to be given on Tuesday evening in the "Evening Post", Buildings. An additional attraction will be mystifying feats performed by a wellknown local magician. A tribute will also be paid to Rowland Hill, the great postal reformer, this being the centenary year of the introduction of uniform penny postage. Supper will be provided. An invitation is extended to English people to attend.
