JUVENILE AMATEUR TRIALS
The juvenile amateur trials, which are conducted yearly under the auspices of the local committee,of the Berhampore Free Kindergarten, open on Monday evening at the Kindergarten Hall, Stanley Street, Berhampore. Details regarding the trials are advertised. The trials this year promise to be even more successful than before. Over 180 entries have been received for the various classes of dancing, elocution, singing, and music. The trials are to" be opened by Mr. R. McKeen, M.P., and Mrs. McKeen will present the cups, medals, certificates, and other prizes on Saturday evening, May 18, after the grand demonstration concert by the winners of the various classes.
