ACCIDENT VICTIM
DEATH IN HOSPITAL
Mr. J. Murray Scott, of Endeavour Street, Lyall Bay, died, in the Wellington Public Hospital last night as the result of injuries sustained when the car he was driving was struck by a, train at the Petone railway crossing yesterday morning. ■:■ The condition of Mrs. .Patricia Holz, of Petone, another of' the victims of the accident, was today reported to be improving.
