The senior men's singles title in me Wellington Lawn Tennis League's Easter tournament was won by R. Mnrtell, of the. Vogelmorn Club, who yesterday beat A. Shaw (Education), ti-4, o-i. Martell was the faster and more accurate player. The senior i women's singles were won by Miss M. Weir,'also of the Vogelmorn Club. Vogelmorn players also won the women's doubles. Weir (Vogelmorn) beat Miss J. C. Weir (Vogelmorn), 0-6. Final: Miss M. Weir beat Mrs. McKinnon. 6-5, 6-5. Women's Doubles.—Semi-finals: Misses 3. Weir and E. Bethell (Vogelmorn) beat Misses M. Weir (Vogelmorn) and S. Jones (Challenge), 9-8: Mrs. Coupe and Miss Wales (Te Huinga) 'won by default. Final: Misses J. Weir and Bethell beat Mrs. Coupe and Miss Wales, 6-5, 6-2.
