CHRISTCHURCH, March 25. Shooting in the university tournament was held at the, Bedclifls range. The Canterbury University College team wwi the contest with a total of 597 points out of a maximum of 960. The Haslam Shield, VX^on^ held by Otago, now goes to Canterbury.^ The Canterbury team was fortunate in haying as _ Its captain a Canterbury '^Ne^ Zealand. University blue for 1938 and 193b, B. O.
