ORDERED TO LEAVE
SOVIET EXPERT IN GENEVA

GENEVA, February 8.
The Swiss Government has ordered the Soviet's expert at the League of Nations headquarters, M. Sokoline, to leave Switzerland within a fortnight.
Since his dismissal from the post of Under-Secretary General at the beginning oi 1 the year, M. Sokoline has described himself as liaison officer to the International Red Cross Committee, which in view of their work for Finland finds his presence embarrassing.
