NOVEL WHITE PAPER

RUGBY, January 25
A White Paper issued today contains the texts of speeches by the French Premier and the French Minister of Finance in the Chamber and Senate on December 22, 24, 28, and 29.
This is stated to be the first occasion on which a White Paper has been presented to the British Parliament exclusively devoted to speeches by Ministers of another Government in their own legislature and the innovation is regarded as not without significance in relation to the close collaboration now existing between the British and French Governments.
