Mr. R. G. Casey, the first Australian Minister at Washington, resigns portfolio as Minister for Supply in the Federal Cabinet today.- Sir Frederick Stewart becomes Minister of Supply. The Acting Treasurer, Mr. P; C. Spender, will be made Vice-Presiderit of the Executive Council so that he will enjoy full Cabinet rank. '' ■
