HAIRDRESSER FINED £30

James Moloney, a (hairdresser, appeared on remand at'the Lower Hutt Court this morning on charges of being intoxicated while in charge of a car and of having no driver's licence. Mr. R. Hardie Boys, on his behalf, stated that the defendant was a married man with one child and that a business 'in Wellington was dependent on his management. He was not a motor driver and at the time of the accident must have been having a driving lesson, but owing** to his injuries he had no recollection of the circumstances. . '. t Mr. A. M.
