LONDON, Thursday Night,
In the House of Lords. Lord Strabolgi said that there had been two . 3w important weapons during the war. One was the magnetic mine, and he believed that an antidote had been found, and the other was a most powerful explosive. The French Army, he said, had the most powerful explosives of any army.
