CONSPIRACY CHARGE
FURTHER REMAND GRANTED
A further remand until February 14 was granted by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M.. in the Magistrate's Court today in a «case in which Gordon Percy Aston, an engineer, aged 39, and Harvey Maitland Chrystall, an engineer, aged 52, are charged with conspiring with each other by deceit to defraud Hartley Roy Sellers of sums of money totalling £6465 Is 9d.
Bail was renewed in the sum at £500, with two sureties of like amount for each accused ,
