TRAINING SCHEME FIGURES (British Official Wireless.) (Received January 18, 11.40 a.m.) RUGBY, January 17. It is estimated in Canada that the Empire air training scheme, which is estimated to cost £120,000,000, will, when in full operation, absorb a personnel of at least 30,000 airmen, 2680 officers, nearly 5000 civilians, and over 1000 maintenance staff. Nearly seventy j instructional schools will be needed to! give the fullest training to the personnel in every branch of military aviation. V
