POPE TO BROADCAST
(Received January 18, 2 p.m.) VATICAN CITY, January 17. The Pope will broadcast a blessing to New Zealand at 9 a.m. (G.M.T.) on February 1 on the occasion -of tlia closing of the Eucharistic Congress.
