MELBOURNE'S WEATHER
MELBOURNE, November 28.
After several days last week with temperatures of more than 80 degrees, Melbourne's'climate returned to winter yesterday and today, with thunderstorms, heavy rain and violent gales. The minimum temperature today was 48 degrees and the maximum 57. In the nearer hills the temperature was down to 25 degrees, with heavy snow. The total rainfall this year is 32 inches, compared with 17 inches last year. The average annual rainfall is 25| inches.
