THREE MEN SENTENCED

PALMERSTON N., This Day,
Kenneth Bennetts, aged 29, Allan Young, aged 19, and George Doyle, aged 21, were each sentenced to three months' imprisonment in the Magistrate's Court for being found without lawful excuse on premises in Chaytor Street on Sunday night. Bennetts, on charges of the theft of jewellery at Auckland, was remanded to appear there. Young and Doyle were also remanded on charges of receiving stolen goods.
