CARPENTERS INVESTMENT TRUSTEE.
Carpenters Investment Trustee Co., Ltd., of Sydney, is making a new issue of 500 ordinary shares (of £10 each) to be offered to shareholders in the proportion Of one new share for every three held. The new shares will rank for dividend as from the first day of the month of allotment. The issue will bring the company's paid-up caoital to £20,000.
