BRISBANE, This Day. Fifteen New Zealariders are among the 700 entries, in which most of the •Australian States are represented,. "for Queensland's biggest croquet carnival. The New Zealanders have entered, as individuals for the tournament play and as three teams, New Zealand No. 1, North Island, and South Island. lor the Tests. The tournament began yesterday. New Zealand winners in the Rose Bowl competition are:—R. W. McCreath, 26-13; J. Thompson, 26-10; Mrs. Nicholson, 19-6; Mrs. Griffin, 26-12; Mrs. Thompson, 20-17; Mrs.. Bagrie, 26-6; Mrs. Bryant, 20-11; Mrs. Brown, 18-14'; For Mrs. Fisher's Trophy McCreath won 26-10 and Pritchard won 24-17, losers in the Rose Bowl were GambrilL 7-26, and Palmer, 18-26.
