SIT-DOWN STRIKE
SYDNEY GAS WORKERS

SYDNEY, This Day.
Following a dispute over seniority, 900 employees of the Australian Gaslight Company began a sit-down strike, and suburbs on the south side of the harbour are threatened with a gas shortage at the weekend. During last night the men were supplied with food by relatives.
