POLISH FESTIVAL
SEEN AS PROVOCATION
BERLIN, August 18.
Residents are excited over a report from Warsaw that a mass demonstration for the harvest festival has been planned by the Poles for' August 20 at Usdau village, 300 yards from the German frontier.
The "Lokal Anzeiger" says: "One cannot condemn sharply enough such irresponsibility, under which great masses of people are lured to frankly admitted provocation on the German frontier."
