INTENT TO DEFRAUD
Colin George Harrison, a salesman, aged 57 years, appeared before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today, charged with intent to defraud, in that on or about July 14 he obtained £18 from Alan Thomas Macalpin by falsely representing that a wireless set was his own property and free of any - encumbrances. He was ordered —to come up for sentence if called upoiv within the next eighteen months, a~ condition being that he make restitution of £10 forthwith and the balance within two months. The accused, who pleaded guilty, was represented by Mr. J. Meltzer, and Detective-Sergeant P. Doyle prosecuted..
