LONDON, July 20.
The congress of the Empire Chambers of Commerce passed a resolution that the establishment of fast air-mail services on Empire routes is long overdue and drawing attention to the disparity in the time required to fly to Australia and New Zealand compared with the speed on other routes. The use of high-speed aeroplanes for night and day flying was urged.
