LONDON, July 18.
The Munich correspondent of tha•'Daily Telegraph" states that the presence of M. Astachoff, the Russian Charge d'Affaires in Berlin, at a pex* formance of Herr Hitler's favourita opera. "The Merry Widow," and other festivities has caused surprise.
The guest of honour at a reception given by Herr Hitler was Signor Dino Alfieri, the Italian Propaganda Minister.
