The Bulgarian Prime Minister, M. Kiosseivanoff, arrived on a State visit, accompanied by his wife and daughter, experts, and journalists. They Avere met by the Foreign Mm

ister, Heir yon Ribbentrop, who accompanied them through beflagged streets to Bellevue Palace.

Herr Hitler received the Premier at the Chancellery this afternoon and conferred with him for an hour. A State banquet is being held this evening.

The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" says that, according to indications, the talks between Germany and

Bulgaria will deal not only with political and economic relations but with the position of Bulgaria in regard to her neighbours, particularly Rumania and Greece. Thus the Bulgarian claim to the southern Dobruja. which according to official statements in Bucharest will be retained by Rumania at all costs, is on the agenda for the present discussions, as also the demand that Greece shall grant Bulgaria direct access to the Mediterranean by the cession of part of Thrace.
