How he battles his way to the leadership of his newsboy pals, the Little Tough Guys, and proves his loyalty to the publisher of his paper, is a stirring human document of a boy who has the courage to fight for his -ideals. Among the popular performers in the strong supporting cast are Edmund Lowe, as the city editor. Wendy Barrie as the girl he loves, and Edward Norris. expert portrayer of gangster roles as the man who murdered Cooper's father. Samuel S. Hinds, who scored in Frank Capra's '-You Can't Take It With You." is ideally cast as the kindly publisher who supports the '•Newsboys' Home." The story concerns the stormy adventures of a young couple who after two years of marriage find themselves constantly unhappy because of petty quarrels and bickering.
