After considerable discussion, which arose from the fact that the Wellington representative Association team to play Auckland on Saturday wteek will claim a number of the ejubs' players, the management committee of the Wellington Football Association last night made the following senior fixtures for Saturday week,/ July ip':-—

The chairman (Mr. J. Meltzer) presided over the meeting, and there were also present Messrs. J. J. Kean, A. J, Costelloe, E. J. Gates, E, J, McQueen, R. Gilpin, G, F. Aers, J, H, Janes, C. Ballard, H. Spolsky, and the secretary (Mr. W: J. Arcus).
It is expected that the Wellington Inter-house Association representative team will play a game against Mana* watu, on. the Basin Reserve No, 3 ground, on July 15, Auckland's invitation to send p. team fo play for the Fly^er Cup at Auckland as a eui-tain.raiser to the North Island Chatham Cup final at Auckland on August 5 was accepted. It was de* cicted that Wellington should fiejd the !strongest possible side, consisting of players under 21 yfiarg not in the first A division. Mr, Ae.vs was appointed to co-operate with t,he junior management committee in the. selection pf the team. Auckland Offered to endeavour to send a team, to Wellington for,, a I return match later in the. season. ~ . 1 Mr. McQueen was. appointed manager of the Wellington team to play at Auckland on July 15, The secretary .reported tljat because of the. seeniing impossibility at present of getting the primary schools to play for a trophy, Mr. J, Houston, ■who, with Mr.- -W. MePherson, last week offered g shield for schools.competition, wished to withdraw the offer temporarily. On the suggestion pf Mr." Gilpin it was decided chat the eornmittee shoul4 discuss at its next meeting its attitude towards trophies for schoolboys. - - A Stop Out first B division player who was ordered off. the field by the referee in the Stop Out-Training Coh lego game last Saturday appeared be* fore the committee and was suspended for two playing Saturdays. ■ , The transfers were approved of A, Healey from Athletic iWanganui) to' Petone; R.
