CHILDREN'S FLOWER SHOW
For the past two years the Children's."Garden Circle at Wanganui has held what are thought to be the only horticultural shows by children in New Zealand or (Australia, states "The Post's" representative. Though the Wanganui Drill Hall is- large enough for ordinary functions,..it was.too small last year, both for the • exhibits and for the attendance at the children's show. This year the committee has decided to hold the. show at the Wanganui racecourse. . During the past few weeks, classes have been held at the Public Hospital, when, crippled children have received instruction, and a class for them is to be on the schedule of the show: Folk and maypole dancing will add to the interest of the show.
