MOTOR-SHIP ARRIVES
STORM OFF COAST

AUCKLAND, This Day,
Twenty-two hours late, the motorship Sussex, with an exceptionally large cargo from Glasgow and Liverpool, berthed at Queen's Wharf at 11.30 a.m. £fie encountered a heavy storm off the coast, and Captain Williams decided that, as the vessel was so low in the water, he would not take risks, so he hove to. Neither the ship nor the cargo was damaged.
